Neighborhood Christian Clinic

The Neighborhood Christian Clinic (TNCC) is a non-profit private clinic that serves an urban underserved population in downtown Phoenix. Medical students gain clinical experience by assisting with rooming patients, medication refills, and other procedures alongside attending physicians. Students must attend a brief tour and fill out an application prior to volunteering, after which they may schedule their shifts as desired.

Wesley Center Tutoring

This volunteering experience includes tutoring elementary school children one on one after school or simply just playing games with them and enjoying the afternoon. It is a great opportunity to mentor some young minds while also taking a step back from some of the stresses that come with classes and other obligations. There are two locations available with daily shifts open at each. Times are typically Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm with the exception that Wednesdays can start at 1:00pm if you would like.
