Special Olympics Arizona
Program Overview
Our Special Olympics CHIP program provides fun opportunities to work with Special Olympics Athletes! These athletes have intellectual disabilities, and Special Olympics is an international organization that helps them develop physical fitness and leadership skills. UA COM-P became involved with Special Olympics Arizona in 2018. We are excited to begin having events where we will educate athletes about healthy lifestyles, shadow the EMT team at competitions, and provide free annual sports physicals!
