Student Event Check-List

Please make sure you are following all of the below steps when hosting a student event! If you have any questions please contact Scott Reikofski at reikofski@email.arizona.edu or 602-827-2796

Before the event:

  • Reserve room in ASTRA at least 7 days prior to the event.
  • Request food via Student Government Form at least 7 days prior to the event.
  • Contact Scott Reikofski via email if you need a parking pass or any additional room setup/video conference items.

After the event:

  • Put the room back in the original configuration.
  • Wipe down tables and pick-up any leftover mess.
  • Take trash to dumpsters in front of HSEB.
  • Turn off all computers/equipment.
  • Get original itemized receipt to Scott Reikofski within 2 days of the event.
