Student National Medical Association (SNMA)
Mission
The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is committed to supporting and empowering underrepresented minority medical students, addressing health disparities, and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in medicine. Through mentorship, community service, and professional development, we strive to cultivate compassionate leaders dedicated to transforming healthcare and uplifting underserved communities.
What We Do
The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is dedicated to supporting underrepresented minorities in medicine. At University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, our chapter focuses on fostering a sense of community, providing mentorship, and promoting educational and professional development opportunities for medical students. We aim to address health disparities, advocate for diversity in the medical field, and inspire future generations of healthcare leaders through outreach, service, and advocacy initiatives. Join us in making a difference both on campus and in the communities we serve!
