First Generation College Students in Medicine

Mission Statement 

The mission of this organization is to foster a supportive environment for first generation students in medicine as well as serve as a resource to the community. We endeavor to reach out to those in the community who would be the first in their family to attend college and to current first-generation college students who are interested in a career in medicine. Together we will mentor, aid, and provide resources to those who potentially lack a support system to guide them through the higher education experience.
