The Meditation Interest Group is a student-led group that promotes mental health and wellness through meditation and mindfulness practices for students and faculty. The group hosts regular meditation sessions and periodic discussions or guest-led events. All experience levels are welcome.
The Meditation Interest Group offers a low-pressure, welcoming space for students interested in meditation and mindfulness, whether you’re brand new or already have a practice. We host guided meditation sessions and occasional mindfulness-focused events to help students pause, reset, and support their well-being during medical school. No prior meditation experience is required!
